The Dunes at Perranporth is a relatively new development that has only recently been completed, the complex is located right on the beach and for those who know the area the apartments sit right where the old Ponsmere Hotel used to be. We are lucky enough to be responsible for the cleaning and changeover duties for a number of these fantastic holiday homes, they are both large three bedroom properties, two with ensuite and a lounge and kitchen area large enough to have a game of 5-a-side in it.

We carry out a weekly/bi-weekly top to bottom clean along with a full linen change over and luxury welcome hamper for guests on arrival. The hampers contain the finest local produce such as jams, freshly baked bread and tea's and coffee. We have found these to be a welcome sight with guests that have travelled long journeys and dont have any supplies to hand.
