From the moment you walk through the door, whether you're coming home or just arrived at your Holiday Home the initial expectation needs to be met or exceeded. At Cornish Maids our ethos is to exceed expectation and always be prepared to go the extra mile for our customers. We market ourselves as offering a bespoke service so it is important that we can meet and achieve our customer's requirements. The devil's in the detail, this is continually ingrained from day one as a priority for all our maids and for added peace of mind all our work is checked against your properties own bespoke checklist by one of our own property inspectors before the job is signed off as completed.

No matter what the assignment maybe we will consistently provide high standards of cleaning and service. Whilst we can cover all types of cleaning requests our Holiday Home service is our flagship and specialist area. We can offer much more than just cleaning between changeovers, we can also provide high-quality linens, towels, bathrobes etc all perfectly presented. Also if required we can provide a selection of utility packs and welcome hampers for your guests on arrival. All our welcome hampers only contain local produce from our local farm shop supplier, these will typically include eggs, bacon, freshly baked bread & scones with jam and cream, cornish fairings and not to forget local tea & coffee.

Also, we can deal with your guests/holiday home agent direct to sort out those niggles with keys, entrance codes and problems during their stay. We aim to take the stress out of your bookings and ensure we deliver a smooth-running process every time.
