Our Start & End of Tenancy cleaning service is ideal for both landlord or tenant, following a strict checklist our cleaners will ensure your property is prepared to the required standard.

If you're a new tenant and ready to move making sure your new home is clean and ready for you is our priority. There's nothing worse than moving house with all the time and stress that is involved and then having to clean it before you unpack all your belongings. Or if you're vacating your property we can clean your end of tenancy and restore it back to its former glory, keeping both you and your landlord happy.

We can also report back to landlords should there be a discrepancy between tenant and landlord, we can provide evidence to suit either. Or for any of those sensitive house moves, if your loved ones have departed, we can sensitively clean & restore the home without your involvement and help make life easier for you. Also rest assured that all our cleaners have full public liability insurance and up to date DBS background checks.
